Rental Rates

We offer 2 types of rent, Section 8 subsidized rent and Market rent. 

Section 8 rents are based on a sliding scale with residents paying 30% of their adjusted monthly income for rent. 

Market rent is $450 per month.  There are no income limits for our Market renters. 

Both rental types include all utilities.

Application Process

Once a completed application is received, it is time/date stamped and added to the wait list.  It then takes 5-7 days for the application to be screened for eligibility.  Once processed the applicant will be notified by phone or mail.

If applicants do not respond to our attempts to contact them, they will be removed from the wait list.  If applicants refuse an available apartment, their name will be moved to the bottom of the wait list.

Wait List

The estimated wait time for a Market unit is 18 months.

The estimated wait time for a Section 8 unit is 18 months.

Admissions

Applications are available in the business office at Dickinson Place (911 St. Joseph Street).  You may also request an application be mailed, emailed or faxed to you.
