We offer 2 types of rent, Section 8 subsidized rent and Market rent.
Section 8 rents are based on a sliding scale with residents paying 30% of their adjusted monthly income for rent.
Market rent is $450 per month. There are no income limits for our Market renters.
Both rental types include all utilities.
Once a completed application is received, it is time/date stamped and added to the wait list. It then takes 5-7 days for the application to be screened for eligibility. Once processed the applicant will be notified by phone or mail.
If applicants do not respond to our attempts to contact them, they will be removed from the wait list. If applicants refuse an available apartment, their name will be moved to the bottom of the wait list.

Our management team coordinates compliance with the nondiscrimination requirements contained in the Department of Housing and Urban Development's regulations implementing Section 504 (CFR, part 8 dated June 2, 1988).
